Domain Registration Agreement

Effective: August 4, 2026

1. Reseller Relationship

RodyWorks, LLC. d/b/a RodyWorks Web Hosting offers domain registration services as a reseller. The sponsoring ICANN-accredited registrar for domains registered through us is Name.com, Inc. (an ICANN-accredited registrar). Your registration is subject to this Agreement, the registrar's registration agreement, the applicable registry's policies, and ICANN Consensus Policies (including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Transfer Policy), all of which are incorporated by reference.

2. Registrant Obligations

  • Provide and maintain accurate, current registration (WHOIS/RDAP) data. ICANN policy requires this; willfully providing inaccurate data, or failing to update it within 7 days of a change, is grounds for suspension or cancellation of the registration.
  • Respond to registrar/registry verification requests (including registrant email verification, where failure to verify can suspend the domain).
  • You are solely responsible for your use of the domain name and for ensuring it does not violate third-party rights.

3. Fees; No Refunds

Registration, renewal, transfer, and restoration fees are due at order time and are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Prices for renewals may differ from first-year registration prices and are shown at checkout.

4. Term, Renewal, Expiration

Registrations run for the period purchased. We send renewal reminders to your account email before expiry. If a domain is not renewed by its expiration date, it may enter a grace period, then a redemption period (restoration during redemption incurs substantially higher registry fees), and may then be released or auctioned. You are solely responsible for timely renewal.

5. Transfers

You may transfer your domain to another registrar in accordance with ICANN's Transfer Policy (generally after 60 days from registration or a previous transfer). We will provide the transfer authorization (EPP/auth) code and unlock the domain on request through the client area. Domain transfers into RodyWorks extend the existing registration per registry rules.

6. WHOIS Privacy

Where offered for a TLD, WHOIS privacy substitutes proxy contact data in public registration records. Privacy does not shield unlawful use, and underlying data is disclosed where required by ICANN policy or law.

7. Dispute Resolution; Suspension

Domains are subject to the UDRP and applicable registry dispute policies. The registrar or registry may suspend, cancel, transfer, or lock a domain to comply with those policies, court orders, or ICANN requirements; RodyWorks has no control over such actions.

8. ICANN Registrant Rights
